Smart have pioneered the self drive light truck mount rental in the UK since 2002. Vehicle mounted platforms offer portability and can cover multiple jobs on numerous sites all under the one hire. In addition with self drive hires starting from just £99 per day it's easy to see why it's more effective than using self propelled powered access that needs to be delivered or scaffold that needs to be constructed! The choice is made all the easier with almost all of our platforms being able to be driven on a standard car licence.
In addition operated hires are offered starting from just £269 for half day rental.
Our Dartford site compliments the existing Hemel Hempstead site offering two London based sites along with our Midlands and North West branches.
Also all of our hire centres have dedicated training centres that offer IPAF powered access training for our vehicle mounts along with offering training for scissor lifts, MEWPs and also ladder and mobile scaffold tower training.
