I am really disappointed with the service. I paid for 24hour delivery and got my Christmas tree after 8 days and after Christmas when it was of no value to me. Attempts to contact Uniquely Christmas Trees was unsuccessful as the contact number prompts you to leave a message with no one available to speak to. To say the least I feel the service offered is appalling; particularly because their customer service is non-existent - which is the least you would expect from a service delivery firm.
I'll advise uniquely Christmas trees to first create a customer service before putting out any items for sale online. Thanks.
