Dreadful company - avoid. They promised they would take away the old tanks when they installed a new boiler - not done. Left the site a mess, mortar all over the floor. Pipes that were supposed to be capped off out of site were left in prominent positions. Damaged the lighting circuit - tried to wriggle out of being responsible for it, leaving me without lights in some rooms for over a week. Left rubbish on site and damaged a stud wall. I have photos of all of the mess and damage that they left. Have tried repeatedly to get them to come out and sort the problems out but the person I need to speak to is never there and never calls back !! Wouldn't touch this company ever again.
These guys are decent, they really helped me out when my boiler went faulty. I didn't know where to turn, then I contacted them as a friend had recommended them to me. Suffice to say, not only did they do a stellar job fixing my boiler - but the price they quoted me for the repair was a lot less than I had been quoted from BG !!
