This company replaced our existing wooden conservatory with a white UPVC one last autumn and also capped out fascias and soffits. The job on the fascias was very poor and was taken down immediately and replaced. We were satisfied by the end product. The job on the conservatory has left remedial work to be done this year. Because we tackled them head on initially they are not happy bunnies and with our most recent request for repair due to a gap appearing at ceiling level, the response from Ben Hedison was exceptionally unpleasant towards us. He particularly dislikes critical reviews as he now claims the initial work was acceptable and that we are 'harping' on about it.
We have a ten year guarantee for both pieces of work and foresee difficulties in the future should anything else go wrong. A builder carrying out work for us at the time of installation was able to advise us about the poor workmanship which gave us confidence to deal with Ambassador and get the satisfactory job that we were paying for.
