Luka Cleaners in London

It is thoroughly disappointing that I am writing this review, in fact it is the first time I have left a review for a company online.
We were loyal customers of Luka cleaners for 18 months. In this time we had at least 3 different cleaners, some of whom were very poor, but none of them seemed to stay for very long - which probably should have rung alarm bells!
Each time a cleaner left, we faced a serious lack of organisation in terms of cleaners turning up on time or at all. Finally, between a change of reception staff (Martha and Marianna) they lots their records of our previous jobs and what was owed. We had to speak with the owner Zurab to agree on the outstanding balance and make a payment. Unaware there was anything wrong, we then arranged for another new cleaner to come after which Zurab contacted us and said that the prices had gone up by £2 an hour. We paid the full amount, but then called him back and agreed on a lower rate as we felt £2 an hour extra was very cheeky. As we had already paid the full amount Zurab agreed that we could pay a little less next time our cleaner came in order to balance it out.
However we never had another cleaner come, Luka cleaners simply stopped taking our calls and messages. We even offered to come down and discuss whatever the issue was in person to get to the bottom of it, as we had no communication from Zurab as to what the problem was. When we finally did get hold of Zurab he was very aggressive and unprofessional and told us he no longer wanted to supply cleaners for us and he was not going to pay us the money owed to us.
Do not touch these guys, we now have a fantastic cleaner at a much more competitive price and we no longer have to suffer the far below average cleaners at Luka cleaners supplied by a dysfunctional, disorganised and wholly unreliable company.
