Kidz Rock in Surbiton

Don't really like this place no more, it's gone downhill. Food... well 8/10 times it's warm & Incomplete orders, food is not a great quality like how it use to be. Needs a deep clean!

The food is rubbish and the 5 star rating is from the owner Lisa. Don't try and pull the wool over our eyes just improve your food or you will go bust!

Facilities for the kids was marvellous. But the food left a lot to be desired, The pizzas tasted like the cheap ones you get from the supermarket and the burgers and sausage roll lacked any taste at all. It's not rocket science improve the food get more customers. I will try again at a later date.

Fantastic!!! My kids loved every minute. Food was tasty and play area was nice and clean. Definitely be returning soon.

Kids had fun but food was crap, cold and cheap very disappointed better of going to TFI Fridays and they call this American food what a insult. First and the last time I will come here.

We thought we'd try this out with pur 4 children (3-11 years). Food poor. Our potatoes were barely cooked. Children's food was dry and cold. No cutlery available when food came, we had to wait for clean ones from the kitchen. Ice cream milkshake served after complaint (and rest of food had arrived) and then came without a straw. Toilets unclean and something wet on floor by loo and sink not pleasant but when children are in their socks it was pretty horrid. We won't be giving it another try.
