Darren is friendly, polite and extremely professional. Very punctual, efficient, clean, tidy & no trace of dust/ash/soot left. Also offered very good advice on maintaining & safety. Bonus... he's coming back to service boiler & works around my availability. Highly recommend, great value for money.
