Alexander (Stirling) & Co in Stirling

Whilst the quality of the stock of steel seems to be ok and the range of products is good, the level of service I experienced was abysmal. I've twice been a customer and both times have been met with surly and downright rude employees, it was hard to elicit much more than grunts of response from sales staff. They stood watching me as I struggled to load some steel by myself, never once offered a hand despite standing a couple of feet from me smoking cigarettes.
A real shame that they discourage repeat custom through terrible customer care.
