We all need the same things; a strong back, a healthy heart, flexible and strong muscles all to improve health, quality of life and reduce excess fat stores. We have shown that the best way to get all this is by doing lots of different movements in endless combinations at high intensities which we do at our RAW Eastbourne Gym.
One day we may mix running, press ups and jumping. Whilst the next day train with barbells and gymnastic rings. The idea is that you gain strength and overall conditioning whilst having fun in a great community, burning excess fat stores and surprising yourself every day of what you can achieve!
At our Eastbourne Gym we have a class maximum of 10 with coaches who are personal trainers, weightlifting and gymnastic coaches. We will teach you how to do every movement and correct any bad technique. This allows you to progress with impressive speed and is perfect for beginners with this functional fitness method.
