I hired this firm when he was trading under a different name (man & A van Newcastle) from October 2014 to March 2015 to clear my mother’s flat in Jesmond and store her furniture after a stroke. All went well until it was time to take the things to an auctioneer for sale, he went against my instructions and sold them privately. He still hasn’t paid me nor told me how much the furniture sold for. I have had to halt legal proceedings as he isn’t at the address shown on this or his own website. If you want to wave goodbye to your possessions with no legal recourse I can thoroughly recommend this company. Also, please be aware as he trades under several different names with various addresses and phone numbers.

We have used these twice now. The first time was a simple furniture move from one property to another and the second time was to carry out a partial house clearance and on both occasions they carried out a swift, effective job.
