An independent Traditional Aikido School. High quality martial arts with a professional approach to coaching. The Dojo is a purpose built, permanently matted Dojo in Cliftonville Margate. It's home to a number of other martial arts, including Judo, Karate, and Tomiki Aikido. It's great having access to this facility. For many years I have trained in a village hall, albeit a very nice village hall, but a good 20mins of practice time was dedicated to putting the mats out and putting them away. The Dojo has changing rooms with additional crash mats which are great for helping develop dynamic Ukemi (break falls) in a safe manner.
