Polo Pastures is a rehoming and retirement Charity set up for Polo Ponies when they come to the end of their careers in Polo. Here at Polo Pastures we are aware that sometimes ponies cannot be rehomed due to age or injury so we have a limited number of spaces for ponies to come and live in a natural herd environment here on our 45 acre farm in Hampshire.
