Michelle has lived and worked in Essex for over 30 years during which time she has raised her 3 children whilst working in different childcare professions herself. These have ranged from working as a nanny, mothers help, and has also worked in day nurseries. She owned and managed her own Pre School Nursery for 12 years. Michelle continued her studies and gained a Postgraduate Certificate of Education and has since taught on the level 3 CACHE and BTEC programmes in Further Education Colleges for 15 years.
