Don't touch this company. Came to fit an i-box for solar pv water heating unit five weeks ago. It didn't work from day one. When I called the company to tell them, they went through various operations with the buttons on the unit and concluded that the unit was faulty. Made an appointment for two weeks later to come and fix it.
The engineer tried all sorts to try and fix it but could not. I asked him if he would fit a new one and was told that he didn't have one with him and left. After he had gone , noticed that he had wired our booster immersion into the box that wasn't working and chopped the lead off of the main immersion heater. Leaving us with no means of getting any hot water. When I called the company they contacted the engineer who told them to tell us that we could switch our boiler on for hot water. We do not have a boiler our heating is electric. He also told them to tell us that the immersion he chopped the lead off was dangerous, he never told us that while he was in our property. In fact all that was wrong was the electrical lead needed replacing. Since then we have had two promised appointments when nobody has turned up. The company does not reply to telephone messages left nor does it respond to emails. We are still not receiving any communication from the company and the box still does not work.
We are thoroughly disgusted at the way we have been treated by this company.
If you are considering using this company, I would urge you not to trust them.

Stay away... a bungalow with 14 solar panels which apparently needed cleaning to reduce interference of energy capture owned by an elderly widow was charged £947.62 plus 5% vat of £47.38, a total of £995.00 by NWR Ltd. I questioned the salesman who said they put an expensive coating on to prevent dirt sticking on the panels but could not tell me what it was. A smooth talking chap called Lester wanted some expensive inverter installed with some drivel about Insurance... a blatant lie. I tried to warn the lady who said she would lose her SP warranty if she went to anyone else and I said it was higher than her return on feed tariff. I hinted loudly it was too expensive but Lester managed to create enough fear in her to go for the cleaning. In the end some chap arrived with a long reach hose and brush and washed the panels off with water, when I questioned him about the coating he did not know what I was talking about. This will be his last visit to this ladies home as I have had several quotes and the highest was £300.
