One Stop Roofing in Bridgnorth

I first got involved with a company called Redstone Flat Roofing as a follow up to an advertisement in the Droitwich Advertiser. It transpires that the Redstone Flat Roofing people who did work on my roof are the same people who have since quoted to do work under the Company name of One Stop Roofing. The work undertaken last year by Redstone Flat Roofing was not fit for purpose (all the cement work on the valleys of my roof has broken away) culminating in me making contact to have the work rectified under the Company's guarantee policy. After making numerous telephone calls to get the matter resolved, I was visited by one of the owners of the business and I agreed to 'One Stop Roofing' undertaking a more significant amount of work on my roof with the quotation showing a deduction equivalent to the amount paid for the work previously undertaken that was completely defective. A number of promises were made by 'One Stop' Roofing' to undertake the agreed work with repeated failures to honour the promises made. When telephoning I invariably finished up leaving a voice mail message, and my most recent message requested that the Company make contact within the next 48 hours otherwise I would have to conclude that the Company did not intend doing the work. Some two weeks later I am still awaiting the courtesy of a reply, and recently sent a letter formally advising that if the Company did not refund the payment I made for work that is readily accepted by the Company as totally defective then I would seek such redress via the Small Claims' court. I am now in the process of undertaking such action.
