World of Shutters in Gidea Park, Romford

Don't waste your time with this company. I asked Mark if he could find some time one morning to provide me with a quote for some shutters throughout a newly purchased flat. Took a few weeks to schedule as he could not accommodate any time that I suggested. In the end, we agreed a time and I took the afternoon off work to meet. I waited close to 30 mins for him to arrive past the agreed time, then received a call saying he was unable to find the flat. I provided further directions/details and waited an additional 30 mins with no answer. Eventually I received a text saying "no good, no parking" which ended all communication and he refused to pick up my calls. Terrible customer service, I would avoid. Glad they didn't start the job ! FYI (free parking outside the property and 1 hour free bay parking). Give your custom, time and money to a reputable firm, not World of Shutters!
