The story of the Instinctive Martial Arts & Fitness Gym began back in 2014 when Steve became frustrated with his corporate day job - which seemed to care about nothing other than making more money - and decided to follow his true passion of martial arts / movement training as he felt this could allow him to create something that would help people get the best from their lives. With only 14 students at the time, a young family to support and no savings; Steve commited himself 100% to the cause by opening a 1000sq. Ft fulll time gym just outside the centre of Mansfield.
