LaMoussy is a home based cake atelier aiming to bring a bit of magic to you and your loved ones. They go to extraordinary lengths to make sure you get a fresh, surprising and exquisitely looking cake. They would not bake something we wouldn't eat ourselves so all our products are free of dangerous chemicals or ingredients. Sugar is extremely important in pastry making but their philosophy is to use it in moderation and use it such way as to enhance and let other ingredients come through.
