We are the Sheffield Branch of Diverse Employment.Founded in 2010, Diverse Employment was the vision of Lindsay Macpherson, Managing Director.
Lindsay had previously worked for various other recruitment agencies in the past but had never really agreed with the operating methods these companies had. The true focus of what a recruitment agency should be trying to achieve for employees and employers appeared to have long been forgotten, instead hard sell tactics were continually used with no regard for the treatment of the employee or the level of service provided to the employers.
Lindsay set out in 2010 to create a very different approach as a recruitment agency; Diverse Employment, and so since its launch, everybody at Diverse, adheres to strict values set out by Lindsay - focusing on the needs and requirements of the employee, and to maintain at all times the highest possible level of service to our clients; the employers.
We provide recruitment solutions across multiple industry sectors and as a result of this we have built strong relationships with an extensive list of professional bodies to ensure we have a deep understanding of the latest market trends and industry insights.
Due to our multi-sector approach, we are able to offer clients the opportunity to be their exclusive recruitment partner across
all business functions, providing them with an efficient approach to the recruitment process.
We pride ourselves on uphold standards set when licensed by Government Agencies. As an REC member and a GLA Licence holder we are up to date with all employment legislation and best practices.
