Description:
We are a small architects practice led by Jonathan Bramley, a RIBA Chartered Architect, located to the south of Nottingham, based in a rural setting and working across the East Midlands in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
We work in the residential, commercial, education and domestic sectors. We have experience of:
• Bespoke residential developments (including passive eco houses, town houses, apartments, family dwellings in various setting urban, rural, brownfield etc )
• Commercial office and industrial developments. (An office development of 28,000 sqft is currently on site)
• Education projects including assessing and extending schools to meet growing demand and on-site provision and feasibility studies for new schools
• Various domestic projects including house renovations, extensions and new build homes.
We work in sensitive settings such as conservation areas and open countryside and will work with the local authority planning department to secure planning approval.
We have no prescriptive design style - each project is a new design tailored to suit the client, the contextual setting and the project brief. Our design principle is to give the client a well thought out and insightful design to meet their needs and requirements. We offer a design process to assess the client's needs and respond accordingly.
