Comton Group are a recruitment agency supplying staff into the Steel Stockholder and Engineering Sectors.
What makes us different, is that our staff are not just recruitment consultants. Our consultants have either industry knowledge, having been employed in the sectors that they recruit for, or have been recruiting in their sector for many years meaning they have qualified by experience.
This gives us a proper understanding of the roles within the sectors that we appoint for, because we have had to either work in those very roles, or have employed people for our own business in these roles.
Comton Group began trading in November 2018, and our initial goal is to be the ‘go to’ Steel Stockholding recruitment company. In the medium term we plan to develop a team looking after the fabrications and engineering sectors.
