Mr Chips in Lowestoft

It took 40 minutes for 1 cod and chips and 2 x sausage and chips. I saw them get the food out of the fryer about 15 mins before and couldn't work out why others were being served. When I asked what the delay was it appeared they had forgotten. Finally got food home and was just about warm. Whilst I was waiting I could hear a telephone call that appeared to be missing items from a delivery - it wasn't even busy. Very poor service, will not be going again.
