Better Gym Connswater is located in east Belfast, in the Connswater Retail Park. It offers members a large, spacious gym with dedicated areas for cardio, strength and resistance equipment.
Our latest piece of equipment is the new 'Omnia,' the world's most versatile functional training unit. Plus the revolutionary 'skill mill,' functioning as a treadmill with added extras for resistance training.
If you prefer working out in a group, you can choose from over 50 fitness classes per week, including our selection of LES MILLS fitness classes: RPM, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT and BODYBALANCE. We have just introduced Wexer virtual classes on demand, which gives members acsess to classes anytime they want. Plus, it's easy to book your classes online.
After a challenging workout, relax and unwind in our thermal suite, including steam, sauna and aromatherapy rooms. Then finish with a coffee and a chat in our member's suite.
