Tudor Price offer students quality houses and flats for Plymouth University, Plymouth College of Art and Marjons students. They have 2 - 13 bed houses available. Bills are included, and in most houses high speed broadband is supplied free of charge. They charge no fees. Properties are booked for the following academic year from November, so early viewing is recommended.
They also offer landlords both a fully managed service or just let only, and their aim is always to maximise your rental income whilst taking care of all the work finding tenants and managing your property.As landlords themselves, they base our service around two core themes. Firstly, to rent the property as quickly and for the best return possible.
