So I ordered my son’s bed in October 2021 and here is February 2022: still no bed. Reviews have said they were slow but there is slow and there is incompetence. Zero customer service and the worst “it’s on the way” email I have ever had. Shocking, just shocking. I rarely have nothing nice to say about a company, well this is the first.
