Established in 2010, The Rhythm and Shoes Dance Academy is a very successful, family run Dance Academy offering dance tuition to IDTA & BATD examination level for students aged 2 years in Tap, Modern, Ballet, Street, Freestyle, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics. In addition to children's lessons, we also offer adult classes in Ballet, Tap and Line Dancing. We have a 100% pass rate for dance examinations with our students consistently attaining high marks.
Our lessons take place at our studios in the heart of Richmond, North Yorkshire and Hipswell, Catterick Garrison. In addition, our pupils perform at The Georgian Theatre Royal and also in shows and pantomimes in the Richmond area. We donate a proportion from the proceeds of our shows to charity. All children from age 2 to adults are welcome. All our teachers hold current DBS clearance certificates and are fully insured.
