H & R Block Tax Service in Raf Lakenheath, Brandon

I went to the one on base at Lakenheath and the girl that was supposed to help me was so unprofessional and rude, instead of her telling me what we were going to do or start with, she was like ok ok what else you got, ok now I am done with this what else you got in a really rude way instead of her telling me ok this is next or now we are moving to this. And not only that but she was also questioning me on how much I spent on education benefits and when I said the amount, she didn't even believe me and she kept asking are you sure? are you sure? And I was like thinking really? We are paying this people is not like they do it for free, I definitely didn't like her poor customer service skills and the way she treated me. I don't even know why they hire people like that.
