I don't pass judgement on what you have done (or what you haven't done) and I work with you to get to where you want to be in life. If you find that your anxious in social situations, struggle to find the confidence to talk to someone who you might want a relationship with or have feelings of anger that can hold you back and be counter productive, I can help. We can explore where these feelings come from and look at ways to move forward and start living the life you want to live.
