Swavo is the result of artisans coming together to bring your bespoke bridal dreams to life. We believe it’s all in the details and aim to provide the best quality in every piece we create. As a company we aim to stand out from the crowd by providing pristine customer service, plating our jewellery in gold or silver and providing a 12 month warranty on non discounted items which covers all accidental damage.
At Swavo, we provide a bespoke consultation service in store however we know sometimes it’s not possible to travel to us. Due to this we have launched our online bridal consultation service. A variety of options is provided to enable customisation of our jewels, be it the centre stone colour, bead colour or metal plating.
When your bespoke order is placed we will contact you as soon as we are able in order to confirm your chosen amendments. If you are in need of something that is not available as an option please get in touch with us and we will serve you as best as we can.
