One Stop in Worlingham, Beccles

I went to the store on Wednesday this week I parked outside and as did not have my pushchair, I carried my 5 month old baby in with me as I only needed a few items.

As I got into the shop I struggled to get a basket and also to find what I was looking for after having to ask staff to find me a product, only to be told "it's over there" but not actually be shown or offered any help!

After finally getting to the till clambering over boxes and whatnot all with baby and basket in tow I put my basket on the counter and had to wait another 5 minutes before someone came only for them to then walk past the till I was waiting at and serve someone else who was behind me as he had less items??

Then, instead of moving my basket for me I was expected to juggle that a second time and move it across, to which I was then told thet have no bags! Yes nothing whatsoever! I said "well, okay I will just take the basket out to the car with me?" Bearing in mind of the baby only to be told that I wasn't allowed, at which point I actually just walked out! Instead of just being able to pop into a CONVENIENCE store I had to go all the way to the supermarket anyhow as someone couldn't just offer to help :(
