Acorn Boarding Cattery in Copdock, Ipswich

I am giving this a 3 based on the cats pen, and value for money, the lady is very nice and an animal lover ~ however hugh doesn't listen to a word you say, everything is accomodating until you bring the cat in, any rules on food and anything else etc is ignored and does what he wants, can be quite rude and belittling.
