Worst customer experience EVER, completely rude owners! We went to return a faulty product from the second the told then man he was on the defensive with him and the woman accusing us for damaging it which was a completely false lie! The man then proceeded the shout in my face to shut up and pointed in my face to "zip it" this was completely unjustified!! To be honestly I'm personally convinced this couple hate the general public (I am not the first person to receive this kind of treatment here!) so I'm not sure why they work in the retail market! I have shopped here before and have personally found the couples knowledge of good wines and sprits very limited, nothing you couldn't google! In terms of prices it's not cheap, you'd be better shopping in tesco when they have offers on ( it's just as cheap and your not abused) I found the couple very aggressive! The warehouse itself is very isolated and has a funny smell of mould!
