Very quick in arranging a visit. Ian came and was very helpful said he would send some quotes. Unfortunately no quotes were sent despite my husband sending an email. I find this very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this companies services as they waste your time. I thought Ian was very pleasant and helpful. How wrong can you be !!
