Appalling customer service. Order was partly wrong and only part refund offered even though meal was ruined. Manager was unhelpful and unsympathetic and refused to consider full refund even though it was less than £20. Acknowledged they make mistakes so clearly this was not a one off. Eventually she decided the phone call was over and pretty much cut me off. Will not return again.
