My partner had a 12.00 appointment and got to his studio 15 minutes early, he told her that the make-up artist was running 45 minutes late, told my partner to go and park her car and wait. At 13.15 she went back and they then told her that the make-up artist was still doing someone else's makeup and for my partner to keep on waiting! No offer of "I'll pay for your parking, coffee/tea, lunch" anything, as a good will gesture and had the nerve to say that my mrs was being unreasonable when she started to complain! Talk about waste people's time, if you have an appointment I would have thought you wouldn't have to wait nearly 2 hours after to get your photo's done.
