R.C Ovenell in South Croydon

Complete disregard for people’s time and property!
1. Called using the business contact number; at first instance the person answers as though it was a personal phone number.
2. Chased down this person to visit my property to quote (contacted multiple times via texts and finally managed to get hold of him with a response to his availability - he said he was waiting for someone to get back to him before letting me know if/what time he will attend on the day)
3. Person, attends visit with what he believes is a statement ‘flashy car’ and had the cheek to leave behind his acceleration scuffs on my drive.
4. Person, implied they no longer make these roof tiles and it will be expensive to have it handmade - Another lie ???? (an attempt to up-sell me) I’ve since been told; you can reclaim these at a salvage yard - FACT.
5. No quote has been received.
Needless to say; I will not be doing any business with this company and would advise others against this too! I rest my case.
