Bagels Already in Richmond

This morning I said to a member of staff that my coffee was not warm enough from the help yourself thermos. He proceeded to tip out coffee and add hot water twice- then when I stated that it was still not hot, and now was weak- he proceeded to be incredibly rude- Calling me "love" then saying I should get the police... none of which made sense to me- as I was simply asking for a hot coffee. When asked for the managers name and details he stated he owned it- which I doubt and shall be looking into. I was disgusted to be verbally abused the way this man did and the vehemence of his attitude simply because of a request for hot coffee was illogical. This was devastating as the other chap I usually am served by is lovely. I advise people to be very wary of the horrible customer service here.
