Terrible service, poor quality printing, very rude and aggressive behaviour from the owner Katie. They got my T-shirt printing completely wrong and cannot follow very simple instructions. When I politely requested a refund for the mistakes I was met with unfriendly and obnoxious behaviour and language from the owner Katie, who swore at me, told me to get out of her shop and snatched the incorrectly printed T-shirts out of my hand stating ‘they’re mine, so I’ll keep them’ her face going bright red with rage and almost pulling me over the counter as she did so. (Edited due to yell removing post for profanity although this is from the owner towards me) No such thing as good service or manners here. Snatching, shouting and swearing at customers. Disgusting. I would recommend that you do not purchase from this ‘establishment’ if you can call it that unless you want to be left dissatisfied, upset and back at square one!
