Martin Dawes Ltd in Washington

I was supplied with a replacement Panasonic tv through Martin Dawes. The tv was tuned in and seemed ok. Next morning could not get any apps. Eventually discovered that when retuned to Shipping Condition every thing was ok but next time it was switched off and on again, back to square one. A Martin Dawes technician came out, took some videos. We asked him to retune to Shipping Condition but he declined.
