Would not recommend this company at all. We had a bouncy castle booked today for my little brothers 8th birthday party to arrive at 11am. When they failed to turn up we tried numerous times to get in touch but could not get an answer. After sending a text expressing that there was now a very upset little boy, asking for an update of what was happening and highlighting that it was extremely poor customer service I did not receive a response to this message.
I then tried to call again, my call was rejected and I received a text saying they were out on deliveries and to text my query to them. I replied that I already had text and that we would not be recommending and would leave a review accordingly as the customer service was so poor.
To this I received a reply simply stating ‘the van has broken down sorry’ over 2 hours after they were due to arrive. This is not an acceptable response. I have since asked them to explain why I received a text saying they were out on deliveries first time if the van has broken down, I have not received an answer to this. While we do understand that things like this can happen it is unacceptable customer service to not ring and make people aware, with a proper apology. Instead we were left completely in the dark dealing with a little boy who was very upset on his birthday.
The complete lack of any empathy or care over this is shocking. I have also just been made aware that my mam text to check they were still delivering and received a reply at half 10, half an hour before the delivery time that they were. Once the van broke down we should have been notified immediately. I also know they replied to my mam saying the van has broken down ok’.
Absolutely horrendous attitude and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
