Monarch Dry Cleaners and Launderettes in Bedworth

Paid £23 to have my curtains cleaned. All they did was put them in a plastic bag. I am a disabled pensioner and could not struggle back to the shop with them. I washed them on a 30 degree wash and the water turned brown immediately. Clearly they had not been cleaned. I used to smoke but have now stopped and wanted the smoke and smell out off them. The shop is a mess, and I would not use them again and have warned a lot of people about my experience.
