I maid claim to fix my alloy wheels three weeks ago, contacted them ten days after the claim, the said still under investigation. Contacted them three time after that and they kept saying same, however they say normally it takes ten days to get back to me! Then I found out the were waiting for my claim policy to expired which was on the 09/09/2016 to send me a letter saying your claim has been declined. THEY ARE A BIG THIEVES. BE CAREFUL, otherwise you will pay them £200 insurance for nothing.

If you intend to change your car do not take out wheel & tyre cover as you are unable to transfer that cover. Thanks Mr J. T. Cunningham.
