Bijou (Lifestyle) Ltd in Bidford-on-avon, Alcester

I placed an order, almost 3 weeks later, chased it up only to get a rude email from Louise telling me they had been on holiday and that I had been informed of this by email, no such email arrived. Her rudeness was such that once the goods arrive I will be returning them for a refund. If I could award zero stars I would, the customer may well not always be right BUT should at least be treated with a modicum of respect at all times. Be warned, shop elsewhere !!
