NCS FLOORING in Nuneaton

Avoid NCS Flooring! Bought laminate flooring and radiator covers from NCS. When the radiator covers did not arrive, I queried their absence to which they said that they had shipped with the laminate stuck to one of the covers. We went through all the covers but they weren't there. I politely asked them to send some more as they hadn't arrived but they rudely replied that i would have to purchase new ones! To summarise purchased something that was not delivered. Although these covers were just £7 shows what their customer service is about! They have no consideration for their customers and if it wasn't for the low value of the product I would pursue this further! Keep away from this outfit! They have since stopped replying to my emails.
