Alcester District Nurses in Alcester

My mum was seen by a GP very late on a Friday afternoon. She asked for an emergency appointment by the district nurse the same evening. Despite the late hour, a lovely nurse arrived very promptly. She was kind, compassionate and efficient. I think her name was Nikki. Regrettably my mum passed away in the following days. But I cannot praise the service provided by the district nurse more highly. Her administrations provided relief and comfort to both my mum and we her family in mum's last hours. A massive thank you to the nurse to whom I'll be eternally grateful.
