C.K's Supermarket in Birchgrove, Swansea

Absolutely disgusted with the service today in the birchgrove store. While doing my shopping my 5 year old son needed the toilet. The staff said he couldn't use their toilet. He then started crying because he was wetting himself. I had to take him outside for him to go. He was distraught. Then the staff came outside and told me I shouldn't have let him go outside. Such a lack of human decency! Very disappointed!
