Mark Woodward Electrical Services in Birmingham

Mark Woodward was appointed to do some electrical work in a new extension by the builder. The job was not finished and I had to get an independent electrician to finish the work. The electrician spent 12 hours trying to put it all right and still cannot find where the feeds are. When the builder contacted him to get the plans and to come out and put the job right he said he would only come out if they paid him another £400 to put the job right (a job that he did in the first place).
To say I am disappointed and upset is an understatement. He was a friendly person, we had a laugh and said he was going to do a great job and the lighting would look fantastic when it was all finished...... well finished and fantastic are two words that are missing from my job!!! I will be going to Trading Standards about this but i would like to ward anyone thinking of using him to think again ask to see what he has done in the past. He has lots of photos he can show you on his phone of what he has done and how great he is but dont fall for it. The only saving grace was that he was also going to fit the kitchen, thank god the kitchen maker was able to do it otherwise, that would be another job I would be complaining about.
