Superior Finish in Smethwick

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Contracted to extend a kitchen and repurpose an extension. Work was slow when he bothered to turn up. Work seemed to be subcontracted to brick layers and tradesmen, some of whom didn't turn up at all. Work was poor, knowledge of regs non existent. We ended up fitting the kitchen ourselves Christmas Eve. We were left with unfinished work and were told there was nothing he could do even though it should've been finished weeks prior. Richard Marshall walked off the job leaving a mess behind and was still paid for the shoddy work by us. We are not the only ones to experience this in the Bearwood area. I personally know of four households who have also been a victim of this cowboy builder. Avoid at all costs.
