Steve came to fix my fence post. I phoned immediately after to say that the 'fix' would not hold and that I'd paid a lot of money for an ineffective job. Steve insisted that the fence would definitely hold. Within days the fence post came loose. I asked for the job to be re-done. I was told that he was not available to come back but he promised a full refund. Despite reminders and several weeks later I have not had a refund and I did not get a reply to my last text. Very unprofessional work and behaviour.
