Renaissance Solicitors in London

I found Renaissance Solicitors through the Will Aid website in November 2014. My first attempt at contacting them (via the Will Aid website) was not responded to so I called and was booked in for an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was told the person I was booked to see had a day off. I was told someone would be back in touch. No-one contacted me.

A few days later I called and once again I was booked in. I met Sylvia who complained to me about Will Aid asking people to fill in forms (they don't: they have a form that puts you in contact with the solicitor) and then she drafted my will. I never heard from her again.

In late December I emailed the company founder, Afshan Nawaz, and had no response. I have now called them and am waiting for a response.

Interestingly, I was told Sylvia was the only person who dealt with wills. On their website it says she started on reception in January 2014.
